What Is Pelvic Dysfunction ?

The pelvis is the centre through which we move, we sit on it, we need
it for bladder and bowel control, it houses our organs, it carries a
pregnancy, a baby will pass through it and it is a strong emotional
centre in our bodies meaning that we can hold it excessively without
even knowing. Is it any wonder it is susceptible to injury ? Read
more..

Will this website help me?

If you have Pelvic Dysfunction and are asking whether these techniques
will help - the answer is probably Yes ! This site teaches a new
technique where we focus on releasing the pelvic muscles before
strengthening. Why ? - Consider any of the muscles in your body that
may be just slightly tight, you will always need to lengthen a muscle
before strengthening it. It is the same for your pelvic floor muscles -
Frequently after childbirth (or even before), a pelvic floor
contraction just does not feel optimal and we can only regain full
range through release first and then strengthening.Read more..
